Website, CMS, IBE

The website comes with licenses to use the CMS and Hotels Direct booking engine if applicable. The CMS cannot be replaced with a third party application. If you decide to use another booking engine there will be service fee to remove the current Hotels Direct booking engine and replace with another third party plugin and Indohotels will not be responsible for any maintenance related to the third party applications. There is no reduction in the annual contract if a third party room booking engine is used.

Third Party Applications

Any third party application such a restaurant booking engine, spa booking engine, or virtual tours, youtube videos used on the website, Indohotels will not be responsible for any maintenance related to the third party applications.

Payment Policies and Fees

By signing up for services with Indohotels.Group, you are agreeing that your annual renewal will cover the hosting account, website CMS and licence and all maintenance and support and it will be automatically renewed. Payment is due each anniversary following the date the account was established. You will receive a renewal invoice in the end year unless a cancellation request is submitted by email. Indohotels reserves the right to change prices or plans at any time. NOTE: Your account ( website, CMS, BE, email and listing) will be automatically suspended if payment is not received by the payment due date as stated on invoice renewal notice. Indohotels.Group charges a IDR 1,000,000 fee for re-connection as a result of payment not being received by the payment due date.

Cancellation Policy

As a policy, we do not offer credits or refunds for contracts that have been paid for. Fees are non-refundable. Indohotels reserves the right to suspend or cancel any client’s access to any portion or all of Indohotels services, when Indohotels deems that the account has been used inappropriately, Indohotels reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. If you do not wish to renew we require at least three months notice in writing.

Spamming

Sending spam (unsolicited electronic mail) through the Indohotels ‘s servers is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Indohotels defines spam as “the sending of bulk e-mails or the sending of e-mail to users that have not explicitly asked to receive the sender’s message.” Indohotels will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending spam/bulk e-mails. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Indohotels accounts that send bulk or unwanted junk mail (spam).

Systems Abuse

Including but not limited to use of excessive CPU resources, use of excessive disk space, use of excessive email storage space, hacking our systems, redirects/masking or non-Indohotels dns service without express permission of Indohotels, installing continuously running programs, such as IRC bots. Indohotels reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
